The new Iseami house by Robles Arquitectos

Juan Robles develop methods for architectural design that explores 10 elements: site, climate, energy, water, materials, environment, atmosphere, cost, innovation, and the use of passive strategies and implemented the process. By balancing these elements he managed to put a plan design that reduces the negative impact of the Institute ISEAMI entire cycle. Located on the Osa Peninsula, deep in the rainforest-rich and biologically diverse of Costa Rica, Casa Iseami walking really thank you for off-grid hydropower systems in place plus the photovoltaic roof. Costa Rica-based Robles Arquitectos designed the building in accordance with their SDRA design process, which evaluates 10 key elements to reduce the negative impact of projects on the environment.
