This project by Johnston Architects PLLC consists of two townhouses located a half block from the beach. They are locate in the Alki neighborhood in Seattle. Both houses have three bedroom with two master suites and equipped by a two-car garage. Glass facade and the rooftop desks capture views of the neighborhood, Seattle’s cityscape and the beach. Master bedrooms has an access to these terraces and large glass walls so they also capture some of these views. With spacious living spaces and quality finishes such as glulam beam framing, bamboo floor, marble countertops and fir cabinetry, the Alki Townhouses are both beautiful and practical.. {via}
